Disabled people using the following roads, toll bridges and tunnels in England and Scotland should be entitled to concessions, where relevant, provided they meet certain conditions set by the owners and operators. In some cases, to qualify for a concession an application has to be made in advance to the relevant authority. It is generally advisable to check with the owners or operators first.
Birmingham Toll M6 Motorway

A 'Mobility Exemption Pass' has to be applied for as no other evidence of disability can be accepted. The pass is for use only on the M6 toll road, allowing free passage of the nominated vehicle only. It is available to those in receipt of the higher rate mobility component of Disability Living Allowance and having exemption from Vehicle Excise Duty.

Those who receive the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance can obtain a lifetime ticket (£5.00) from The Bridge Master, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Leigh Woods, Bristol BS8 3PA. Concessions are not available otherwise.
Dartford Tunnel/Dartford Bridge (River Thames).

Exemption for those who receive the higher rate of the mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance and who are exempt from the payment of Vehicle Excise Duty. Exemption vouchers are issued to the disabled person for use when crossing the bridge in their tax-exempt vehicle.

Those who receive the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance, those who receive War Pensioners Mobility Supplement, those exempt from the payment of Vehicle Excise Duty and those who are registered Blind are able to apply for free vouchers, which must be produced to avoid the toll.

Blue Badge holders can cross half price.
