Our Vision For The Future:
The aim is to improve the overall health of our local population. We will strive towards ensuring that all members of our local community will receive equal access to high quality health and social services when they need them.

Doncaster PCT was created on 1st October 2006 following the merger of Doncaster Central, Doncaster East and Doncaster West PCTs. It is responsible for commissioning and funding healthcare services for approx. 300,000 patients living in the Doncaster area. It covers the same geographical area as the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough and works closely with local GPs, dentists, pharmacists and opticians.
