Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB)
RNIB is the leading charity offering information, support and advice to people with sight loss. The helpline offers an immediate, expert and confidential service.
Free information can be provided on:

- Making the most of your remaining vision - magnifiers, lighting.
- Registering as blind or partially sighted.
- Benefits and your rights.
- Living with sight loss.
From April 2009 Action for Blind People and the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) joined forces in an Association to share resources, skills and expertise to engage and reach more blind and partially sighted people with even better services. Action for Blind People is now an Associate Charity of RNIB. Both Action for Blind People and RNIB will retain their brand names and identity.
