Aims: To support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities to live full and active lives in their community.
Activities: Provides anything from 25 hours support to a few hours a week in someone's own flat helping them manage their bills. Their services include outreach, residential care, supported living, shared ownership, advocacy, supported employment, early intervention and respite care.
