- Fully fitted low level kitchen.
- Bathroom/toilet with handrails.
- Single en-suite bedroom with accessible wet floor shower/toilet (This bedroom has a fold-down bed suitable for a carer)
- One double bedroom, one twin room and a fold out settee in the lounge.
- Full central heating.
- Full length veranda and ramp to level car parking area.
- Colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooker, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby highchair, shower chair and all kitchen utensils.
- Prices include 8 Fun Works Passes.

The holiday site itself provides a variety of facilities and organised entertainment including heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, sports court, children's play area, restaurants and entertainment rooms for adults and families.
