Rules and Regulations

1. Users to abide by the Holiday Village rules.
2. No pets other than registered special needs dogs. There is no charge for these dogs.
3. No Smoking inside the Lodge.
4. No subletting (All persons to be named on the booking form).
5. Arrival (not before) 2:30pm, departure no later than 10:30am.
6. Deposit 1/3 of charge (non refundable) payable on booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of deposit or full payment.
7. Full payment or balance 14 days prior to holiday.
8. A £10.00 refundable deposit is required at the park for keys and passes (passes are located in the lodge at Golden Sands).

All charges include:
Gas, electric, fun works passes (for upto 4 adults and 4 children) for use on site and weekly cleaning service.
