To qualify for the discounted holiday price for the DIAL Holiday Lodge in Blackpool or the Holiday Caravan in Mablethorpe, DIAL Doncaster will require proof that your child has a disability and is registered with the DMBC Children's Disability Service. Proof of this registration can be provided by using one of the options below:

• If your child is registered on the Disability Register (Together Information Exchange TIE) you will have been issued with a membership card, this membership number can be quoted when you make a booking.
• As registration on to the TIE Disability Register is voluntary there will be some children who are entitled to receive the discount who are not registered. In this situation DIAL Doncaster would need the child's details and the parents/guardians permission to contact the Children's Disability Service for proof of registration.
