DIAL has 7 Disability Information Touchscreen Kiosks situated within the Doncaster Community. This project is currently funded by NHS  Doncaster. The Touchscreen Kiosks can provide you with free access to up-to-date and easily accessible information.

The information can include:

  • Contact details and information on Local and National Support Groups.
  • Information, including dates and venues of our Outreach and Benefits Surgeries within the Doncaster Borough.
  • A list of our comprehensive factsheets on a variety of different subjects.
  • Information sheets on a range of disability benefits and how to apply if you are eligible.
  • You will also find useful information about our other services and how to access them.

The Touchscreen Kiosks are situated in the following locations: 

  • The Phoenix Medical Practice, 1a Cavendish Court, South Parade, Doncaster.
  • Bentley Health Centre, Askern Road, Bentley, Doncaster.
  • The Medical Centre, 2 Frances Street, Doncaster.
  • Park View Surgery, Newton Lane, Sprotbrough, Doncaster.
  • Bawtry Health Centre, Station Road, Bawtry, Doncaster.
  • The Martinwells Centre, Thompson Avenue, Edlington, Doncaster.
  • Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS), 13 The Colonnades, Doncaster.
