Our Welfare Benefits Team 

We have a long and well established, Specialist Welfare Benefits Team that can provide expert advice and assistance with welfare benefits. Although our team specialises primarily in disability and related benefits e.g. Disability Living Allowance (adults and children), Attendance Allowance, Employment Support Allowance or Incapacity Benefit, Carers Allowance, Industrial Injuries, Income Support, Housing and Council Tax Benefit, Social Fund - funeral payments, community care grants, they can also advise on the broader range of welfare benefits. Our team can provide help with:

• Individual Benefit Assessments
• One to one support on benefit issues
• Completion and submission of claims
• Appeals and Tribunal processes, including Representation, where appropriate

We can arrange an appointment for you in one of the following ways:

• Home Visit
• Office Visit
• Outreach Benefit Surgery Appointment

We also provide Benefit Advice Surgeries at a number of places within the Doncaster area on a regular basis. To access our Welfare Benefits Service please contact our Helpline Team on 01302 327800. To meet with our service provision criteria you must reside within the Doncaster area.
