C4C - Care for Carers

Eligibility: Anyone caring for someone with mental health disability, NOT dementia or Alzheimers.
Referral: by helpline.
Accessibility: Drop in - 1st and 3rd Fridays of month from 2:00 pm. till 4:00 pm.
Transport: Armthorpe bus - Gate No 5 of DRI.
Description:
Support for carers of people under 60 who suffer any mental health disability. Information, advice, counselling. Informal drop-in facility with refreshments from 2pm. Meet other carers in a social atmosphere, no membership required and no fees. The carers can be from any age group.
