Description:
Aims to improve life for clients. To enable clients to be as independent as possible by assisting them to remain in their own homes for more years than would otherwise be possible. To alleviate lonelyness and raise moral. To provide support carers. To prevent children coming into care of the Authority.

The Home Care Service can offer help with the following:

  • Personal Care.
  • Respite.
  • Laundry.
  • Shopping/Escorting.
  • Dressing, Feeding, Toileting.
  • Rehabilitation.
  • Emotional Support.
  • Bed making.
  • Help getting in and out of bed.
  • Parenting and practical skills.
