Description:
A Resource designed to provide effective services for elderly and younger physically impaired people, which compliments domicilary and community services.
Purpose is to enable people to remain in own homes for as long as possible, in line with personal needs and aspirations and to prevent admission and re-admission to hospital and residential care.
A wide range of activities to meet the emotional and physical needs which are not met by Luncheon Clubs, Social Clubs, or other community services.
Carers Support Group hold meetings second Tuesdays each month.
