To help others return to full and active lives after ileostomy surgery has become necessary. Finances research into those diseases and matters relating to ileostomy. It is supported by volunteers and financed mainly by their annual subscriptions, donations and fundraising. People about to have an ileostomy or may have just had the operation may request a visit from an I. A. visitor.
The Doncaster Ileostomy Association has now closed so Doncaster residents should use the Sheffield contact.
