Description:
DHYP provides a user lead service which offers good quality, safe, affordable accommodation and appropriate support to homeless young people aged between 16 and 25, which enables those young people to fulfill their own unique potential.
There is also a drop in centre, with wheelchair access, for homeless young people at:
St. Peter in Chains Church Hall

on Thursdays from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
Offers support, advice and free meal.

Helps young people find suitable affordable housing by assisting with applications etc.

Floating Support Servcie.

Helps young people who have their own tenancy to maintain that tenancy through practical help and advice.
