Description:
A unique centre which aims to improve self-esteem, confidence and quality of life for local cancer patients, both men and women, whilst undergoing and recovering from chemo and radiotherapy treatments. The centre has a part-time beauty therapist, supported by 12 'Headstrong' volunteers, helping to give patients a free makeover. The Aurora Centre Charity Support Group is committed to fund-raising the yearly running costs and meet regularly.
The Centre is open: Monday - Friday, 9 am till 5 pm.
