Description:
Offers housing related/tenancy support to individuals experiencing mental health and substance misuse problems (Dual Diagnosis). Assists with homelessness, poor housing and benefit advice, tenancy set up. Aims to assist to develop the skills you need to live independently and access the services and support you require.
