Referral: Parents or carers of disabled children, professionals dealing with disabled children & families.
Description:
Group of local parents and professionals working together to help families and carers of children with disabilities, aiming to improve access to information and services and give them a voice.
Have produced a Directory of Services for parents and carers of disabled children. Available from the Child Health Information Centre and Health Focus. There is a small charge (£1.00) for parents and a £10.00 charge for professionals. The Directory is also available online at the above website address.
Hold annual information days on issues relevant to childhood disability.
