Eligibility: Offenders/risk of offending, substance misuse, mental health.
Referral: Self, any agency.
Description:
Floating support to help individuals find and maintain tenancies. Support can include housing advice, support with bills and budgeting, support to access other services eg. health and treatment, advocacy, support with life skills such as how to set up and maintain a clean and furnished home and maintain safety and security.
Can work with people for up to two years.
Please contact office for referral forms or to speak to other agencies eg. probation, drug treatment services, housing providers or community mental health teams.
Duke Street office has limited accessibility due to stairs. No drop in service offered. Where a potential service user is unable to access Duke St. will make arrangements to visit at a more suitable location eg. home visit (subject to risk assessment).
