Description:
The Continence Advisory Service is a department of the NHS and provides help and advice from specially trained nurses on many different bladder and bowel problems and treatment available.
The service is available to any person suffering from incontinence or involved in the care of an incontinent person.
The service will enable incontinence to be treated and managed without undue stress or embarrassment and will arrange for a home assessment to be carried out.
Training and education is available for staff, patients and carers etc.
