Eligibility: People of working age 18 - 65 with enduring Mental Health problems and their Carers.
Referral: Social Services Mental Health Team, GP or self.
Risk assessment is needed.
Cost: Free Service.
Description:
Open to carers and families of people who suffer from severe mental illness, allows people to meet socially and raise public awareness of the illness. Also open to people with alcohol or substance abuse.
