Vision Aid offers practical help and advice to families of children with sight difficulties.

Activities:

  • Family support centre which includes: Toy Library, Light Stimulation Room, Information Base, Parent's Room.
  • Telephone helpline giving advice on: practical help, information on grants, benefits, education and other sources of help.
  • Back-up support to professionals.
  • The provision, under certain circumstances, of Hi-Tec aids and equipment to assist older children with their formal education.
