Aims:
To promote the care, protection, welfare, interest, treatment, education and advancement of children, young persons and adults with any form of physical and/or mental disability.

Activities:

  • They make grants for appropriate individuals covering a wide range of mainly specialised equipment, from manual and powered wheelchairs, specialised trikes, seating and sleep systems, to communication aids and sensory toys, also specialised holidays and some adaptations.
  • Elifar Foundation do not fund things for which there is a statutory funding. They do not fund computers, building work, garden works, domestic items or white goods.
