Description:
Provides Advice and Information for single parents based on their individual needs and circumstances. Has now merged with 'One Parent Families'.

Activities:

• Advice Line.
• Advice and information across a wide range of issues, including child maintenance, benefits and housing advice, rights, responsibilities and the exploration of options for dealing with problems and opportunities.
• A listening ear and emotional support to lone parent families in crisis.
• Better off in work calculations.
• Signposting to other organisations.

Gingerbread has support groups throughout England and Wales.

Membership:
Full membership - £24.00 (£2.00 per month)
Associate membership (pay what you can fee).
