Description:
Deals with payment of Benefit and changes of circumstances for Disability Living/Attendance Allowance customers from 3 months after a new claim decision.
Where high rate mobility component is applicable, they issue application forms on behalf of DVLA at Swansea for free Road Tax.
They deal with Appeal/Reconsideration requests once the case has been transferred from the Disability Benefit Centre after 3 months.
Telephone line opens from 7:30 am till 6:30 pm Monday to Friday for help with general enquiries and claims advice.
