Description:
An independent Trust fund, primarily provides grants to households to aid future financial stability or to improve quality of life.
Recipients must be in need and demonstrate that they are unable to meet the cost of water services and live in the Severn Trent Area.
Generally, they will receive their bill from Severn Trent Water but they may be entitled if the charge is collected via a third party.
Grants are also available to organisations to support debt and money advice work.
