Description:
Support Dogs provide training for disabled people and their dogs. The dogs (which already belong to the owner) are trained in various specialised tasks to enable them to assist and support owners from 16 - 60 years of age. Each dog is also trained for the specific needs of his owner (loading the washing machine, dressing/medical needs etc).
All support dogs receive basic obedience and public hygiene training, enabling them to accompany their owners at all times.
Seizure Alert dogs are trained by SUPPORT DOGS, introducing a breakthrough for people with epilepsy. The dogs are trained to give their owners a significant alert prior to a seizure, enabling their owners to find a safe and quiet place.
