Aims:
To offer support to individuals and families and professionals concerned with all forms of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD).

Activities:

• Provides a national helpline on all forms of CJD.
• Provides emotional support for carers and to link families with similar experiences of all forms of CJD, for mutual support.
• Supports families in financial need through caring grants.
• Provides information and advice on all forms of CJD.
• Promotes good quality care for people with all forms of CJD, by providing training, workshops, conferences and encouraging the adoption of good practice guidelines.
• Promotes research into all forms of CJD.
• Provides training on CJD.
• Campaigning through regular contact with ministers and senior government officials.

Cost:
Services are free, but donations are welcome.
