Description:
Support to people with post traumatic stress disorder.

Aims:

• To provide support and understanding to people with post traumatic stress disorder and their families.
• To provide interventions and therapy to facilitate recovery.

Activities:

• Support, understanding and a listening ear, practical advice and information for people experiencing post traumatic stress disorder, and their families and carers.
• Assessment, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy.
• Offering specialist support on the telephone and face to face for individuals and families who have experienced Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
