Description:
Support organisation for people with inflammatory bowel disease.

Aims:

• Information about inflammatory bowel diseases.
• Support sufferers, relatives and friends.
• To promote research into treatment, management and the causes of these diseases.

Activities:

• Telephone information service.
• Individual welfare fund grants.
• NACC-in-Contact listening service - contact list from St. Albans office.
• National NACC-In-Contact Support line on 0845 130 3344 open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm. (Calls charged at local rates for most phones).
• DLA benefits support line.
• Support network for children with IBD and their parents.
• Area, local and national group meetings.
• Publicity and fundraising.

Local Groups:
Groups throughout the UK, for details phone office or see website.

Membership:
£12.00 for first year, £10.00 thereafter.
Outside UK - £15.00 for first year, £12.00 thereafter.

Also, promotes research into treatment, management and causes of inflammatory bowel diseases.
