Description:
Working in most regions of England, they support over 1,200 young people and adults who have a broad range of learning difficulties, including people with autistic spectrum disorders or aquired brain injury.

Aims:

  • Individualised support packages for people living in their own homes.
  • Support for people living in shared housing.
  • Registered residential care.
  • Support for people to find and maintain accommodation.
  • Respite breaks.
  • Support for people to access and employment and leisure opportunities.
