Description:
Working in most regions of England, they support over 1,200 young people and adults who have a broad range of learning difficulties, including people with autistic spectrum disorders or aquired brain injury.
Aims:
- To see people with learning difficulties as people first.
- To respect the culture and beliefs of the people we support and our workforce.
- To listen carefully.
- To value everyone's unique contribution.
- To work creatively with each person towards outcomes that make a real difference to their lives.
- To build partnerships to provide the best possible combination of services.

Activities:
- Individualised support packages for people living in their own homes.
- Support for people living in shared housing.
- Registered residential care.
- Support for people to find and maintain accommodation.
- Respite breaks.
- Support for people to access and employment and leisure opportunities.
