To provide free confidential advice and support to parents of children with special education needs.

Activities:

  • Independent advice on Local Education Authorities' legal duties towards children with special needs.
  • Free second professional opinions for parents who disagree with a LEA's assessment of their child's special educational needs.
  • Free advice and support for parents who want to appeal to the Special Needs Tribunal.
