Aims:

• To help people with manic depression, their relatives, friends and others who care.
• To educate the public and caring professionals about manic depression.

Activities:

• Facilitates meetings.
• Helpline facilities.
• Various Social Events.
• Self Management Training courses.

Local Groups:
12 Self-help groups throughout Wales.

Membership:
Basic fee £18.00 per year (if in receipt of benefits fee £7.00 per year)
