Leadership development programmes for disabled people.

Aims:

• To offer leadership development programmes offering quality training to disabled people who want to develop their management and team working skills.
• To provide selected outstanding disabled people with fast track management and personal training programmes for career advancement.

Activities:
Offers talented disabled people a mentor and personal development resources to help them achieve their full potential in their chosen career or business venture.

The programme provides:

• Individual development planning with a mentor which outlines the personal goals and training objectives of the bursary holder.
• Access to personal development and management courses including teamwork, leadership, negotiation and project management from their sponsoring organisation.
