Description:
Respite care centre for people with MS.
One storey building, opened in July 1991.
Stands in three and a half acre of peaceful wooded grounds within the boundary of the City of York. Contains 24 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and equipped to accommodate highly dependent guests. Full nursing care provided 24 hours a day.
Has a physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Suite, hairdressing salon and a bar. It also hoped that guests will enjoy the excursions that are arranged to the City of York and surrounding areas.
