Eligibility: People over the age of 18 years with Learning Disabilities within DMBC area.
Referral: By phone, letter, e-mail, from self, carers, staff, family etc.
Access: Work on outreach, will visit at home/elsewhere.
Cost: Free.
Description:
To provide advocacy support to adults over the age of 18 who live in Doncaster and have a learning disability, enabling them to have their voices heard and have more choice in matter affecting their lives:

• Issue Based/Crisis Advocacy
• Support to self-advocacy groups
• Partnership advocacy with volunteer advocates
• Service user forum of adults with a learning disability
• Awareness raising
