Eligibility: Full membership and associate membership open to all disabled people.

Description:
We are a user led organisation committed to raising aspirations and confidence amongst disabled people to lead independent lives with dignity, choice and control.

Activities:
We provide information, advocacy, training and peer support. We campaign on the rights of disabled people to lead independent lives. We work in partnership with service providers to influence and challenge policies and decisions. We meet monthly as a group and maintain an active website with an e-forum for posting questions and a news section. We are also on Twitter where you can keep up to date with news and issues.
