CLIENT CARE: WHAT EVERY CLIENT SHOULD BE ABLE TO EXPECT
A free and impartial service with strict confidentiality. All enquiries shall be treated in a courteous and professional manner. All advice given clear and concise. We will endeavour to answer fully all enquiries as quickly as possible. Where further research is needed the client will be advised as to a timescale of when we will contact them to complete the advice required. In cases where we cannot fully answer we will advise the client and if referral to other agencies is needed we will follow referral procedures.
We pride ourselves on providing a quality service and endeavour to maintain high standards at all times. However, we acknowledge that things may go wrong from time to time, therefore, we have in place a complaints procedure. This procedure is open to all.
